Pachis has been making art in San Diego since 2012, and since 2020 it has called Linda Vista home. An outdoor creative studio where small groups gather to make, play, and learn.
Pachis means flowers in the toddler language of the woman who runs this little studio she loves so much. Flowers that bloom and grow. And flowers in Spanish, my language of origin, translates to "flores." Which happens to be my last name.
I believe creativity is not a luxury. It is essential for our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Born in San Diego and raised in Tijuana, my bilingual, multicultural background shapes how we make and learn together. Read more about Juliana and the studio →
